西安建筑科大工程技術有限公司是具有西安建筑科技大學學科特色的校辦科技型企業，目前通過建設工程CMA、CNAS 檢驗檢測機構能力認證和實驗室認可，具有建設工程質量綜合檢測鑒定資質、工程綜合勘察資質，鋼結構工程第三方檢測（鑒定）機構綜合特級資質。

公司前身為西安建筑科技大學建（構）筑物檢測鑒定站和建筑工程材料檢驗測試中心。建（構）筑物檢測鑒定站是1990年經原冶金工業部批準成立的我國首批開展建（構）筑物可靠性檢測鑒定機構；建筑工程材料檢驗測試中心是1993年經陜西省批準成立的我校具有一級試驗室能力資質、開展原材料見證取樣專業檢測機構。2017年，公司通過聯合學校結構與抗震實驗室、巖土與地下空間工程實驗室、道路橋梁隧道實驗室、建筑測量所、智能建筑實驗室、綠色建筑節能實驗室、環境化學實驗室，改制重組為西安建筑科大工技術有限公司。

公司現有專業技術人員228人，各類注冊執業人員23人，具有博士和教授層次的人員74人。公司人員中有中國建筑物鑒定與加固標準技術委員會4人、中國土木工程學會工程質量分會理事2人、中國鋼結構協會檢測鑒定委員會常務理事2人、中國土木工程學會結構工程可靠度委員會委員2人、中國工程建設標準化協會砌體專業技術委員會委員5人。公司現有實驗室5160平方米，重要儀器設備615臺，總價值5000余萬元。公司人員主編和參編國家行業標準10余部。

公司現有檢驗檢測儀器設備 400 余臺，總值 4000 余萬元，依托的學校實驗室是目前我國西部地區門類最全、規模最大、設備最先進的大型綜合性建筑與土木工程類實驗室。

多年來，公司在建筑、市政、鋼鐵、有色、化工、交通、機械、能源、航空航天等行業完成各類工程質量檢驗檢測、技術咨詢項目1000余項。

Brief Introduction of The Company

XAUAT Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is a School-run enterprise of science and technology with the discipline characteristics of Xi'an University of architecture and technology. The company has obtained the capability certification and laboratory accreditation approved by China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval (CMA) of construction engineering and China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and has the qualifications for comprehensive inspection and appraisal of construction engineering quality, comprehensive engineering survey qualifications, and comprehensive special-grade qualifications for third-party testing (appraisal) institutions for steel structure engineering.

The company's predecessor was the building inspection and appraisal station and the construction engineering material inspection and testing center under Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology. The building inspection and appraisal station is one of the first institutions to carry out reliability testing and appraisal of buildings (structures) in China approved by the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry in 1990. The construction engineering material inspection and testing center is a professional testing institution with first-class laboratory qualification and has the qualification for carrying out raw material witness sampling approved by Shaanxi Province in 1993. In 2017, the company was restructured into XAUAT Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. through the joint of Lab. of Structure Engineering and Earthquake Resistance, Lab. of Geotechnical and Underground Space Engineering, Lab. of Road and Bridge Tunnel, Building Survey Institute, Intelligent Building laboratory, Lab. Green Building Energy Efficiency, and Environmental Chemistry Laboratory.

The company has 228 professional and technical experts, 23 registered practitioners, and 74 personnel with doctoral degree. Among the company's staff, there are 4 members of the China Building Appraisal and Reinforcement Standard Technical Committee, 2 members of the Engineering Quality Branch of the China Civil Engineering Society, 2 members of the Standing Committee of the Inspection and Appraisal Committee of the China Steel Structure Association, and 2 members of the Structural Engineering Reliability Committee of the China Civil Engineering Society and 5 members of the Masonry Professional Technical Committee of China Engineering Construction Standardization Association. The company has a laboratory with 5160 square meters and 615 sets of important equipment, with a total value of more than 50 million yuan. The company staff edited and participated in the compilation of more than 10 nation and industry standards.

At present, the company has more than 400 inspection and testing instruments and equipment, with a total value of more than 40 million yuan. The laboratory of the company relied on is a large-scale comprehensive construction and civil engineering laboratory with the most complete categories, the largest scale and the most advanced equipment in Western China.

Over the years, the company has completed more than 1,000 various engineering quality inspection and testing and technical consulting projects in the construction, municipal, steel, chemical industry, transportation, machinery, energy, aerospace and other industries buildings.
